
The Rescue Diver course is one of the most rewarding and confidence-building programs in recreational diving. It is designed to expand your knowledge and experience beyond self-care, teaching you how to prevent and manage problems in the water and assist other divers in emergency situations. This course builds upon the skills learned in the Advanced Open Water Diver program and incorporates first aid and CPR skills from the Emergency First Response course. ✔ Self-rescue techniques ✔ Recognizing and managing stress in other divers ✔ Emergency management and equipment use ✔ Assisting panicked or unresponsive divers ✔ Underwater search and recovery techniques Prerequisites: Advanced Open Water certification (or equivalent) CPR & First Aid Training: Required (EFR or equivalent within the last 24 months) Duration: 5 days Minimum Age: 12 years Improve awareness and prevention skills Build confidence in handling dive emergencies Become a stronger and more reliable dive buddy Take a major step toward professional-level diving
