To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your account information

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

- Payment is required at the time of booking
- Cancellation policies vary by dive shop
- We act as an intermediary between you and dive shops
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your bookings.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform, but you grant us a license to:
- Display your content on the Platform
- Use your content for Platform improvement
- Share your content with other users as intended
6.2 Platform Content
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CoralCircuit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Safety and Liability
7.1 Diving Safety
Diving activities carry inherent risks. You acknowledge that:
- Diving can be dangerous and potentially life-threatening
- You are responsible for your own safety during diving activities
- You must have appropriate certifications and experience
- You will follow all safety guidelines and instructions
- We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during diving
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoralCircuit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
