Why limit yourself to seeing only the marine life that’s active during the day? See the underwater world in a whole new light - after the sun goes down Although you've been scuba diving at a site many times before, at night you drop into a whole new world and watch it come to life under the glow of your dive light. The scene changes as day creatures retire and nocturnal organisms emerge. If you've wondered what happens underwater after the sun goes down, sign up for the PADI Night Diver Specialty course. Experience a whole different kind of diving Package description: Inclusive of 3 open water dives Scuba equipment rental (full set) Open water dives PADI eLearning (includes certification fees) Surface interval refreshments Requirements Minimum age: 12+ Min. certification: Open Water Certification required Min logged dives: 4 logged dives required PADI Junior Open Water Diver (or equivalent). Please note that completing a theory portion is mandatory for this course (via eLearning or paper materials). If you haven't purchased the required materials or if they are not listed in the inclusions above, please ensure you add them at checkout. What to expect: You'll learn how to navigate in the dark, where the most interesting creatures hang out, and gain night diving tips from your instructor. You'll start your first phase by learning how to plan a night dive, practice underwater navigation at night, how to communicate with your buddy during a night dive and learn how to find entry and exit points in the dark. Your instructor will share night diving tips, teach you how to stay in contact with your buddy, and avoid disorientation. This course is also available in eLearning.
Improve your buoyancy control, dive with less weight and improve air consumption. Excellent buoyancy control is what defines skilled scuba divers. You've seen them underwater. They glide effortlessly, use less air and ascend, descend or hover almost as if by thought. They more easily observe aquatic life without disturbing their surroundings. You can achieve this, too. The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty course improves the buoyancy skills you learned as a new diver and elevates them to the next level. Package description Inclusive of: 2 open water dives Scuba equipment rental (full set) Surface interval refreshments Open water dives PADI eLearning (includes certification fees) Requirements: Minimum age: 10+ Min. certification: Open Water Certification required Min logged dives: 4 logged dives required PADI Junior Open Water Diver (or equivalent). Please note that completing a theory portion is mandatory for this course (via eLearning or paper materials). If you haven't purchased the required materials or if they are not listed in the inclusions above, please ensure you add them at checkout. What to expect: Buoyancy control is essential to becoming a confident, relaxed diver. Being perfectly balanced allows you to float effortlessly, use air more efficiently and deftly approach skittish marine life to get a closer look. In the first phase you will determine how much weight you need and where to place trim weights to streamline your body position. During two dives you’ll fine-tune your weighting during buoyancy checks and master neutral buoyancy with inwater practice.
