Introductory scuba program for first-timers. Day 1: pool session at the dive centre (~3:30 pm) covering equipment, breathing, regulator skills, mask clearing, and BCD use. Day 2: boat trip to Grande Island (~7:30 am) with snacks and instructor briefing; max depth 12 m, ~35-45 min underwater. No swimming ability required.
