Certifications
PADI Freediver certification. Train to freedive to about 16-20 m in the ocean (details at signup). Total about 12-15 hours over 4 days: 4 sessions (2 pool + 2 open-water / ocean trips). Open-water locations may include Netrani Island, Murdeshwara, or Maldives, as offered. Fee ₹30,000: boat charges not included; gear rental available.
Dynamic training in the pool with an instructor as your buddy. ₹1,000 per person per class; pool charges not included; gear rental available. About 1 hour in the pool. For certified divers and divers who can freedive up to 50 m in the pool.

Depth Training
Pool session in a 4.8 m deep pool. Important for certification paths. Skills: duck dive and equalisation. About 1.5-2 hours (theory + pool) per class. ₹3,000 per class. Pool hourly charges not included. Location: Kensington pool, Ulsoor; gear rental available.

Pool Freediving
Next step after TFD: pool sessions to move underwater and build toward 25-50 m dynamic freediving depending on your capability. Pricing: ₹2,500 (1 class), ₹9,000 (4 classes), or ₹13,000 (6 classes). Pool charges not included. Location: Game Theory, BTM layout; gear rental available. About 1.5-2 hours per session (theory + pool). Weekend classes; missed classes compensated per centre policy.

Focus on building confidence, relaxation, and comfort in the water; safety protocols, buddy system, and breathing fundamentals. Gentle exercises to experience freediving basics without depth or long breath-hold stress.
