The EFR course teaches CPR, first aid, and related emergency care skills to help in both life-threatening and non-life-threatening situations. It focuses on building confidence in rescuers through simple, step-by-step procedures and hands-on practice in a stress-free setting. You’ll learn: Primary Care (CPR) – Managing life-threatening emergencies, including CPR, spinal injury care, shock, and severe bleeding. Secondary Care (First Aid) – Handling injuries and illnesses when emergency services are delayed, including bandaging and splinting. Care for Children – Emergency care skills tailored to infants and children. CPR & AED – CPR techniques and AED use. First Aid at Work – Workplace-specific CPR and first aid training (where required). EFR Refresher – Updating CPR and first aid skills every 24 months.
